Auto-wallpapers is a novel tool designed to set your favorite photos as wallpaper and rotate them at certain time intervals. The program allows you to select the photos or images you want your wallpaper to show you in turns, and to define the time interval. In addition, it also allows you to specify a task to be performed automatically at a specific time, like shutting down your PC.

The program allows you to configure all the settings in a single window, which might be considered an advantage by many. However, its visual design leaves a lot to be desired, as it accumulates too many elements in a really small space. Here is where you add the photos or image files you want to be rotated as wallpaper. You can add individual files, or select a folder for the program to include all the images inside it and (optionally) inside its subfolders.

After that, you can proceed to select a time interval for the image rotation in hours, minutes, and seconds, together with a rotation sense. You may set the program to change the wallpaper at two set times of your choice, too. You may select for this process two additional image files, or let the program choose them from your image list. Finally, you can set the wallpaper layout by choosing it from a list, which includes values such as central, stretch, fit to screen, and random. There is also a set of small buttons designed to perform specific tasks, like changing the wallpaper immediately, opening an image file, or browsing its containing folder. more
